About This Quilt

Even when we as humans fail, true love never does. Yes, I created this Gift Quilt as a thoughtful token to celebrate love’s many traditional occasions—a wedding, an anniversary, even Valentine’s Day, but it’s also for all the other times in between. Let it be the reminder we need, every day, of how to truly love someone. Let it bring comfort when a loved one is lost but never forgotten. I chose calming colors to ground the design, and cherry blossoms, the universal flower of friendship, to frame these important words on the front and a verse from I Corinthians on the back. 

True love lasts beyond space and time, and it endures the hardships that are sure to come when two imperfect people love each other in imperfect ways. But love is patient and kind; it hopes, believes, and endures—that is what makes it perfect.
