Shipping Basics
For in-stock items, most purchases are shipped from our distribution center to arrive at your home within 3-7 business days of placing your order for in stock items. Orders placed by noon central time will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Pre-order items will arrive within 3-7 days of the expected availability.
Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order for in-stock item as processing begins immediately.

Returns
Our products are returnable within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To receive your refund, please send your product back with the enclosed prepaid return label. Once your product is received, your original payment method will be credited within 7 business days. Gift cards and digital downloads are not returnable.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace your item with another product. Exchanges will be made within 30 days of the original purchase. The original item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start the exchange process, please email us at help@alexisgiftquilts.com. Once we receive your item, the exchanged item will be shipped out promptly.
