About This Quilt

Prayer quilts are truly special.   My vision was to create a beautifully crafted keepsake that inspires warmth, peace, reflection, and connection. I chose to feature an elegant set of embroidered praying hands surrounded by delicate embroidered lilies centered in a ray of light — all against a soothing teal backdrop.  This Gift Quilt serves as a poignant reminder of purity of heart, spirituality, and new beginnings. I took great care in planning each detail, ensuring that every inch radiates grace and compassion, inviting a sense of calm.

On the front, I chose to emblazon the powerful words, embroidered in metallic thread, from 1 Thessalonians 5:17, which encourages a constant awareness of God’s presence in our lives. The reverse side showcases a hand lettered rendition of Philippians 4:6, a reminder to voice our needs and practice gratitude, especially during anxious times. To me, the Prayer Quilt is more than just a beautiful token for your home; it symbolizes comfort and support.
